 In the Old Testament, Noah's ark was floating under heavy rain for 40 days and 40 nights (Genesis 7:12).
 In the New Testament, Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights (Mattew 4:1).

 40 can be expressed in Korean/Chinese/Japanese word as 4(四) + 10(十).

 4(四) is composed of
