Eye in KR HanJa is 目. 

目 is composed of the below:

[1] 冂 meaning 'Trinity (Yeshua, God Father, Holy Spirit)'.

[2] 二 meaning two and 'Heavenly realm' and ' Earthly realm'. 

[3] _ meaning 'Earth Land, Human Soil'.

Ear in KR HanJa is 耳.

耳 is composed of the below:

[1]  the same components to '目 (eye)'.

[2] the right lower corner with two vertically crossed lines (see Fig.1).

About the right lower corner with two vertically crossed lines of 'Ear in HanJa ', there can be one question why this part is located in the right lower corner?

Human face have two ears in the right and left side, respectively.

When HanJa info gram of the face is created, the left ear may have the left lower corner with two vertically crossed lines (see Fig.2).

About this, I want to suggest the reason in reference to the Bible.

In the Bible, during Jesus’ arrest in the Garden of Gethsemane, Luke 22:49–51 (KJV) reads as follows:

49 When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?
50 And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear.
51 And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.
